idli kadai

I am a chronic reminisce-R; no secret there. And often my kitchen doles out food that is reminisced as well… Today it was a little ode to girl-night-outs followed by full breakfast at murugan idli kadai at the break of dawn in besi; of course! topping it with filter kaapi! ah! madras.. my spread is not as much, but leaving you with some pictures.

It is a wet saturday and the hot brunch just seemed perfect!

Here is a glimpse of our plates before we wiped it clean. Yep, N requested pongal too! It was coconut chutney, tomato chutney and turnip sambhar for today!
